Video Instructions

Please record a 5-minute video of yourself doing the Decathalon workout. Or, record yourself coaching a player through the workout with timely feedback and reminders. If you have an interest in doing both, you’re welcome to demonstrate the drills for the player and then have the player complete the workout.

We would like to see your level of basketball skill and/or your ability to teach a player how to complete these drills. If you don’t have a rebounder for the elbow shooting drill, just rebound your own shot and shoot the next one as quickly as you can.

Recording Details

1. If using a phone, record the video in landscape mode.
2. Ensure the video is close enough to see you clearly but far enough away to see your full body as you (or your player) completes the drills.
3. Do an up-close introduction of yourself at the beginning of the video followed by an unedited, straight 5-minute clip.
