  • It can be easy to find yourself glued to the couch without anything to do. The good news—you can still go outside on the driveway or outdoor court and improve your game.

Don’t find an excuse, find a way. Join PGC Director, Tyler Coston as he shows you a 20 minute shooting workout guaranteed to get you sweating and improve your jumper.

    The 2020 Vision workout

Make 20 shots at each level before moving on to the next. If you finish all six levels before 20 minutes is over, go back and get more makes at whichever level you choose.

Keep track of your total makes!

    Level 1 — Creative finishes

Work on your creative finishes from one step away from the rim.

Level 2 — Turn Around Jumpers

Avoid getting stuck near the rim by improving your footwork and pivots with turn around jumpers.

    Level 3 — Separation Jumpers

Develop the ability to create separation from defenders in late shot clock situations.

    Level 4 — Boom 1-2

Train your pull up jumpers so you become deadly off the dribble. Remember, the earlier you get your eyes to the rim, the better chance it has of going in.

Level 5 — Dribble Move Jumpers

Equip yourself with multiple ways to cleanly get shots off the dribble — despite pesky defenders in your face.

    Level 6 — 3’s on the Move

Become more like Klay Thompson and Kristi Tolliver by training your movement shooting.

No excuses. Go out, touch the basketball, get better and keep thinking the game!
