The health and safety of our entire PGC family remain at the forefront of all our planning efforts and we are implementing safety measures based on guidance from health authorities and requirements from the host facilities.

While detailed procedures are outlined at the bottom of this page for specific situations, please note these key principles:

  • Participants and staff will be required to wear face masks at the facility at all times.
  • Participants will be placed in cohorts/teams which will stay together throughout the weekend, including classroom sessions and gym sessions.
  • Health screening will be conducted at check-in, with temperature checks before the first classroom session each day.
  • Visitors will not be allowed during Shooting College.
  • All participants and staff will practice social distancing when not on court or with cohorts.

Before Arrival
  • All participants and staff are asked to use hygiene best practices, including:
  • Avoid unnecessary travel.
  • Practice social distancing.
  • Avoid large crowds.
  • Monitor temperature and other health symptoms.
  • Practice clean hygiene by washing hands regularly.
  • All PGC staff will receive training on COVID safety protocols prior to the start of each camp.
Check-in and Check-out
  • Only 1 adult may accompany each participant during check-in and check-out.
  • All participants, parents, and staff must wear masks during check-in/check-out.
Health Screening
  • Health screenings at check-in will include taking each participant’s temperature and reviewing their health status.
  • Daily temperature checks will occur prior to the first classroom session for all participants and staff.
  • All participants and staff will be monitored throughout the weekend for COVID-19 symptoms.
Protocol During Camp
  • Participants will be placed in cohorts/teams which will stay together including classroom sessions and gym sessions.
  • Participants and staff will be required to wear face masks at all times while walking on campus and in buildings.
  • Depending on state, local or facility requirements, participants may be required to wear face masks during gym sessions.
  • Participants and staff will practice clean hygiene by mandatory hand washing/sanitizing after gym sessions.
  • All participants and staff will practice social distancing when not on court or with cohorts.
  • Visitors will not be allowed.
  • Parents picking up players each day will be asked to wait outside.
Returning Home
  • Participants and staff are encouraged to avoid close contact with those 65 and older for 14 days after camp concludes.
