Facilitators: Ensure the weekly call takes place and discussion topics are covered. Give everyone the chance to share & respond. After week 1, have others take turns leading.

Week 1: Health Goals

During your meet-up:

  1. Introduce – Share what you do, where you’re from and your PGC history (12 min)
  2. Celebrate – What you’re excited about for this 7-week journey. (5 min)
  3. Discuss – How you’ve typically done reaching goals you set for yourself. (5 min)
  4. Watch – Mute your zoom call and watch the Week #1 video on your device (3 min)
  5. Share – What your vision is for your health (i.e. who you want to be) (5 min)
  6. Write – Your physical, mental, spiritual, or emotional goal(s) for the week (3 min)
  7. Share – What goal(s) you set for yourself & why they are important to you (5 min)
  8. Share – How many days you plan to accomplish your goal(s) this week (2 min)
  9. Confirm – Next week’s meeting time and who will lead the meet-up. (2 min)

Week 2: Relationship Goals

During your meet-up:

  1. Celebrate – Share your accomplishments from the past week (8 min)
  2. Share – Your health goal(s) for the coming week (5 min)
  3. Watch – Mute zoom and watch the Week #2 video on your device (3 min)
  4. Reflect – What are the relationships you want to be more intentional with (3 min)
  5. Write – What your goal & action step is for this week or the weeks ahead (3 min)
  6. Share – What goal(s) you set for yourself & why they are important to you (5 min)
  7. Confirm – Next week’s meeting time and who will lead the meet-up. (2 min)

Week 3: Travel/Experiences Goals

During your meet-up:
