PGC Family,
We hope you’re ready to take your growth and development to a new level. We have put together the 7-week Growth Quads to equip you with the strategies—as well as the inspiration, encouragement, and accountability—necessary to realize your potential in every aspect of your life.
Enjoy the journey!
Meet-Up Details
Groups meet weekly for 35-40 minutes via Zoom for seven weeks.
Each member is expected to complete the preparation prior to the weekly call.
The facilitator will lead the first two weeks and group members will take turns facilitating the remaining five weeks.
Facilitator Responsibilities
Ensure the weekly call takes place — and starts and ends in a timely manner.
Ensure each discussion topic listed beside the week’s video are covered.
Ensure every group member has the opportunity to share and respond to each question during each call.
Getting Started
Prior to your first call:
Watch the Growth Plan introduction video.
Watch the Week #1 video and complete the corresponding exercise.
Pick up a journal or print this Weekly Goals Tracker so you can track your results.
Daily tracking:
PGC Founder Dick DeVenzio said, “you can hardly think you’re coming close to achieving your full potential if you’re not tracking your results daily.”
By tracking daily, you’ll know exactly how many days out of seven you completed each aspect of your morning or evening routine.
