Mano Watsa

PGC President

Mano Watsa was a 2-time All-Canadian point guard at the University of Waterloo and was named the National TSN Award recipient for combining excellence in academics, athletics, and community involvement.

Since Mano took on leadership of Point Guard College in 2007, the camps have grown from 1,000 players each summer to 12,000 players and 2,000 coaches annually. Over the past 10 years, more than 100,000 players and 15,000 coaches have been impacted by PGC.

Chad Songy

PGC Master Director

Chad was a Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference (SCAC) All-Conference player and a 2009 Nominee for the Bob Cousy Point Guard of the Year Award, given to the best male point guard throughout all NCAA Divisions.

Chad was truly an efficient and versatile point guard at Millsaps College, where he finished his career ranked in assists, three-point field goals made, free-throw percentage, and three-point field-goal percentage.

Over the last decade, Chad has helped over 10,000 players define their aspirations and develop a new path to reach them and he's been applying PGC’s concepts to his life and his basketball game for nearly two decades.

Marke Freeman

As a former college and professional basketball player, current business owner, published author, and a budding star in the sports broadcasting industry, Marke comes equipped with a range of experience. She’s faced numerous challenges and understands the power that belief, preparation, and mindset can have on the journey to greatness.

Marke played for and coached with some of the game’s top basketball minds, helping her build a profound knowledge of the game and mastery of player development. Not only was she highly recruited as an athlete, but she’s recruited athletes from coast to coast and understands every detail of the recruiting process.

Tyler Coston

PGC Master Director

Tyler is a world-class speaker, trainer, and clinician who is considered to be one of the most dynamic and knowledgeable shooting coaches in the world.

Tyler played university basketball at Trinity Western University, where he was named to the Canada West All-Rookie team. He then transferred to the University of Alberta and helped lead the Golden Bears to Canada West Gold and a spot in the national tournament in 2004.

From 2005-2007, Tyler coached the women’s basketball team at Trinity Western University while simultaneously running a skills-development program that produced five Division I (USA) athletes. In 2007, he accepted a position as Assistant Coach at Portland State University.
