DESCRIPTION OF ROLE

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Build, manage, and coach a marketing and sales team
- Develop and maximize PGC’s community engagement strategies, communications and social media strategies, advertising opportunities, web content and product launches
- Develop and recommend product positioning and pricing strategies to produce the highest possible profit and long-term market share
- Design and implement a plan to build PGC’s customer base in each key market
- Develop and execute sales plans to hit sales targets for each business stream
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Identify emerging markets, market shifts and industry trends
- Understand current and potential customers’ needs
- Own project ideation, planning and execution, briefing other departments on new projects, and ensuring cross-functional team leadership
- Lead and understand company and product branding
RECOMMENDED REQUIREMENTS
Applicants should have the following skills, experience, and knowledge-base:
- 5+ years of work experience in marketing and sales management, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business administration
- Proven ability to drive growth
- Effective leadership skills
- Experience in coaching, managing and training others
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
- Must have organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to work flexible hours during the day with additional weekend availability in our peak seasons and during product launches
- Able to work independently from a home office with access to a workspace that allows for focused work with minimal background noises and distractions.
- Have access to a personal computer with secure, high-speed internet capabilities
