We've recently partnered with SLAMT1D to encourage athletes with T1D (Type 1 Diabetes) to attend PGC camps by providing additional scholarships.
HOW TO APPLY
To apply, please fill out the form below. If possible, include a letter of reference from a coach, teacher or mentor, or a summary written by the player as to why they want to attend PGC. Applications are reviewed weekly and we'll follow up with you within 21 days.
