Create Your World-Class Business Plan in Just 4 Days, Personally Guided by Mano Watsa & Chad Songy

Join me for 3 nights, 4 days at an intimate, intensive entrepreneurship camp in Austin, Texas to discover how to turn your ideas into a thriving business. It will be you, my good friend Chad Songy (PGC Director and serial entrepreneur), our Entrepreneur Leadership Team, and a group of fellow aspiring entrepreneurs..

Your Business Future Starts this Summer…

Most traditional education teaches knowledge in a vacuum (think memorizing for tests) and often skips the practical skills needed to thrive and control your destiny. But in today’s uncertain economy, one could argue it’s never been more essential to learn things like how to…

Solve real problems…
Communicate clearly…
Think creatively…
Manage time and money…

And take back control of your future by learning skills that actually matter.

A ‘Crazy’ Dream of Mine = Your Once-In-A-Lifetime Opportunity

A little over a month ago, I was in Costa Rica with Chad and a few other members of our PGC Leadership Team, when I shared my idea to venture outside of basketball and start running entrepreneurship camps.

Honestly, I thought they were going to shut it down immediately, like they do with many of my other ‘wild’ ideas (probably for the best) LOL.

But this time was different…

I don’t know if it was because I shared this idea with more conviction than some of my other ones, or because of Chad’s past success teaching entrepreneurship to young adults, but the team was ALL-IN on bringing this experience to life this summer, and I couldn’t be more excited!

It’s always been a dream of mine to help student-athletes take the leadership skills and work ethic they develop in sports and apply it to winning in the game of business.

And this summer, that’s exactly what 60 lucky students will discover when they join us at St. Edward’s University in Austin.

More Than Just A Business Plan…

The ‘Future Leaders’ Entrepreneurship Path

When most entrepreneurs start creating their business plan, they make the huge mistake of focusing solely on the what. But if you know anything about PGC, then you probably already know this camp will not only provide you instruction on what you need to do to create and run a successful business…

… but more importantly WHO you need to become to build the life of your dreams and leave your communities better than you found them.

This includes…

1: How a growth mindset, creativity, initiative, discipline, problem-solving, time management, habit development, and prioritization are deeply intertwined and developed in your entrepreneurial journey.

2: How to combine your passion, developing skill sets, and identifying a need in the world to forge your meaningful vocation.

3: Understanding business basics – including how to create a budget and project your business’ revenue, expenses, profits, and pricing strategy.

4: How to understand your target market and develop your competitive advantage.

5: How to communicate your idea or product and promote it to your audience.

6: Understanding what resources you will need and evaluating who you will build it with.

7: How to set up your business legally with the correct structure, registration, insurance and banking.

8: How to establish appropriate tasks and timelines to start and/or grow your business.

9: How to collaborate in small groups with other aspiring entrepreneurs to refine ideas and plans into enhanced strategies.

10: How to present yourself, your personal brand and your ideas to an audience and/or investors.

And much, much more…

But It’s Not About Me…

As I won’t be the only one working with you on your business.

Chad Songy is our longest running PGC Director and he’s successfully launched multiple businesses. Chad has taught entrepreneurship workshops to student-athletes and mentored countless PGC grads and summer staff to help them launch and build their businesses.

Chad and I have selected a handful of successful entrepreneurs from a variety of fields to help guide you through this experience.

Gain a Tremendous Advantage in Life

Here are just 6 of the many advantages that are possible to gain after attending the PGC Entrepreneurship Camp…

1. You’ll Learn to Create, Not Just Consume

Most teens are consumers of content, products, and ideas. But entrepreneurs are creators. Learning how to start a business can give you the confidence to launch ideas into the world, which shifts your mindset from “What can I get?” to “What can I build?”

2. You’ll Become Exceptionally Resourceful

In today’s economy, where jobs are changing fast and AI is replacing routine work, resourcefulness is the new superpower. Business forces you to learn fast, pivot, and figure things out without a manual. Traditional school doesn’t teach that.

3. You’ll Stand Out from the Crowd

Every college application and job interview includes the same story: good grades, sports, clubs. But a student who launched a product, sold an idea, or started a movement? Take a moment to think about how that can make you LEAP off the page—because you’ve done something uncommon.

4. You’ll Learn to Sell Yourself

Entrepreneurs learn sales early. And not just products, but ideas, presentations, interviews, and personal brands. Most adults struggle with this well into their careers. Teens who master it now? Light-years ahead.

5. You’ll Build Confidence Through Action

There’s a different kind of confidence that comes from making your first dollar online, convincing someone to buy from you, or bouncing back from a failed launch. It’s internal. And no test score can give it to you.

6. You’ll No Longer Wait for Permission

Traditional paths train students to ask for permission: to apply, to be picked, to be accepted. Entrepreneurs learn to create their own opportunities. That kind of autonomy is invaluable in an unpredictable world.

The Bottom Line

This camp is invite-only so you will need to apply to be considered (more details below).

We’ll spend 4 days and 3 full nights together on campus at St Edward’s University in Austin, Texas.

We’ll help you create a business plan, define success, learn business and finance basics, sell yourself and your ideas, develop confidence, and so much more…

You’ll walk away with a clear picture of next steps to turn your idea(s) into real-world business success.

And most importantly, you’ll discover WHO you need to become to bring everything to life.

There are just 60 spots available.

The investment is just a one-time payment of $1,995.

Special Early Bird Offer

Once applications have been reviewed and we’ve notified everyone who’s been selected to attend, the first 30 students will receive a $400 discount.

That brings the total investment to just $1,595.

So How Does This Work?

The camp is going to be July 28-31, 2025.

4 days, 3 nights.

Ages 14-24.

It will be an overnight camp with the option to commute each day if preferred. You’ll have the option to choose overnight or day camp during the registration process.

It will take place at St Edward’s University in Austin, Texas, just a stone’s throw away from the airport.

We will meet from morning til night.

Three FULL days. An intimate group. Time for us to get to know each other and make some deep, meaning connections. (As an added benefit, you’ll probably meet some other incredible future entrepreneurs… and you’ll have people to share ideas, resources, results with.)

Your Next Step

Every student must apply and be accepted to attend this invite-only camp.

There’s just 60 seats available and thousands of parents who’ve shown interest.

Whenever we have launched an intimate event like this in the past, it has typically sold out within a day or two.

And given the opportunity this camp presents, I suspect it’ll fill up just as quickly.

Maybe even faster.

So Submit Your Application By Wednesday, May 14th @ Midnight

But please do not rush your application. Take the time to fill it out completely and thoughtfully to give yourself the best chance at being accepted.

After you submit your application, we’ll follow up within 7-10 days to let you know if you’ve been accepted.

And then we’ll follow up with a special link to register and submit payment.

Once we’ve notified everyone who’s been selected to attend, and sent out the special link to register and submit payment, the first 30 students to register will receive a $400 early bird discount.
