This scholarship is being offered through SlamT1D, a nonprofit organization supporting children, families and adults living with T1D (Type 1 diabetes). Any recipient of this scholarship will be asked to send a letter of thanks to SlamT1D for their generosity. More details will follow if your athlete is selected.
