About the Position

Our Sales Associates are PGC ambassadors who take the lead in outbound phone and email sales initiatives assisting in driving revenue for the company. This position requires a highly passionate and energetic individual who can clearly communicate the transformational experience of a PGC camp or clinic to parents, coaches and players. The Sales Associates are experts in all PGC product offerings and passionately share the benefits of attending a PGC camp or clinic.

Job Requirements

  • Be available for full-time, 40 hours per week, including evenings and weekends. Shifts may vary between 8am–10pm CST Mondays-Fridays, Saturdays 9am-2pm CST, and Sundays 4pm-9pm CST.
  • Extended vacation or time off is not available for this role in June or July as this is the peak season.
  • Have access to a personal computer and secure, reliable internet services.

Job Description

  • Assist in lead generation and lead capture.
  • Assist in the creation of outbound calling sales initiative opportunities.
  • Make outbound sales calls to prospective customers and/or to promote PGC special offerings.
  • Answer incoming phone calls, emails and live chat from prospective parents, players and coaches.
  • Nurture key relationships with the PGC Partner Program and other strategic partners.
  • Become an expert in using the PGC’s CRM system and registration system to register players and coaches.
  • Service customer accounts as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in sales principles, methods, and applications.
  • Experience in a call center and/or customer service role.
  • You love basketball and have a passion to impact athletes.
  • Attended a minimum of two PGC summer sessions as athlete, observing coach, and/or instructor.
