Job Description

  • Provide world-class customer service through casual, unscripted conversations.
  • Learn and use the PGC online database and registration system to register athletes and coaches for PGC sessions.
  • Respond to inbound client inquiries and assist with specific service-related requests and concerns.
  • Place outbound sales call to enhance registrations and share product information.
  • Provide solutions to client issues through the usage of all available resources under limited supervision.
  • Identify problem areas and remove obstacles to retain PGC clients.
  • Provide assistance with the delivery of a wide range of products and services to PGC clients as required.
  • Complete assigned tasks in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Consistently achieve individual and team performance targets.
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made escalating, managing and reporting customer issues with transparency.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Be available to work from December/January until August.
  • Ability to work five days a week, including weekends, 6-hour shifts (30 hours per week).
  • Have access to a personal computer with secure internet capabilities.
  • Have access to a workspace that allows for focused work with minimal background noises and distractions.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • A minimum of one year experience in a Call Center / Customer Service and Sales role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Sales experience
  • Excellent influencing and relationship management skills
  • Excellent technical and data entry skills, including utilizing a 10-key touchpad
  • Attended a PGC summer sessions as an athlete, observing coach, and/or instructor
