Christi played seven seasons in the WNBA (Sparks, Lynx, and Sky) and played abroad for nine years (Spain, Russia, Latvia, Israel, Italy, and Turkey). While playing in Israel, Christi completed her Masters Degree in Criminal Justice. Following her playing career, Christi spent three years coaching and training the next generation of athletes. In 2015, she was inducted into the Gwinnett County Sports Hall of Fame. She has coached with Perimeter Christian Schools and Cambridge Feeder program. As a member of the Northview High School coaching staff, Christi received community coach of the year honors (2015-2016). Christi was a member of the Flowery Branch High School Girls’ Basketball staff, which made back-to-back final four appearances (2016-17, 2017-18). She is currently the Head Coach of Jackson County HS Varsity Girls
Christi attended the University of Georgia where she became SEC Freshman of the Year, 3-time All-SEC Performer (2001-2004), Wade Trophy Nominee (2004), and the 12th overall pick in the 2004 WNBA Draft. While at UGA, Christi was a member of the Under 20 USA National Team. While playing for the USA she won a gold medal and was also an all-tournament team award winner.
