This special edition of the Snaps Leadership Weekend will celebrate PGC’s 25th anniversary.
Snaps will be a weekend of celebration and connection.
What Will Take Place
Our 25th Anniversary celebration will be one big family reunion. Unlike previous Snaps weekends, there is very little ‘scheduled’ time. There will only be 2-3 Snaps sessions, so you can spend the majority of the weekend re-connecting with others, building new relationships, and enjoying the amazing activities and beaches at the Club Med resort.
WHO IS INVITED
All past and present full-time staff, summer staff, volunteers, long-time supporters, and valued external partners.
ACCOMMODATIONS
Club Med Cancun is an all-inclusive resort. The prices below include accommodations, meals, drinks, and participation in all the resort activities. You can visit the Club Med website for additional resort details.
Standard Room Rate (based on double occupancy):
- $122 per adult (16+ years) per night, plus $60 one-time membership fee
- $61 per child (2-15 years) per night, plus $30 one-time membership fee
- Children under two years old only pay a $30 one-time membership fee.
- The roundtrip airport shuttle fee to and from the resort is $30 per person.
* There is no additional cost to participate in the Snaps sessions.
** Additional guests and upgrades are subject to availability.
*** Official check-in at the resort is after 3pm, although you’re welcome to arrive earlier to enjoy the resort until your room is available.

* You are welcome to arrive on Thursday, Aug 31 and/or depart on Monday, Sept 4, if desired. Please note: There is limited availability for Thursday arrivals. You will have the opportunity to add these additional nights when you register.
GETTING READY
To help us celebrate, look through your photos of PGC or Snaps and share the highlights with us by uploading your pictures here. Be sure to include the year, location, and names (if you have them).
We’d love to see any PGC gear you have from the past 25 years, so be sure to bring it with you. We’ll take a group photo with everyone in their PGC gear, and we’ll have a prize for the oldest PGC-branded gear.
Also, we are looking for volunteers for our spirit team and special guest team. Feel free to sign up when you register for Snaps.
CANCELLATIONS
The Club Med resort has strict cancellations policies. If you have to cancel for any reason, we’ll do our best to transfer your booking to another registrant. If this is not possible, below is our cancellation policy based on the Club Med cancellation policies.
You will receive the following refunds based on the cancellation dates below:
- 100% refund (minus a $35 admin fee) for cancellations on or before May 1
- 50% refund for cancellations on or before August 1
- No refund for cancellations after August 1
