Bianca Brown is currently a course director for PGC.

In 2007, Bianca earned a full scholarship Division I to Northern Illinois University where she led the Huskies as a team captain and starter for the last two years of her career while graduating with honors and earning a Bachelor of Arts in Corporate Communication, M.S. of Sport Management, and a Master of Public Administration. Bianca attended Detroit Renaissance High School where she was a four-year letter-winner, earning a Class B Michigan State Championship with all state honorable mentions as a Nike Blue Star All-American.

Since college, Bianca has focused on elite athletics within communities as well as sales and leadership within corporate America. Leading B’Y.O.N.D. SPORTZ (a non-profit organization focused on academics, athletics, and life skills to develop youth for elite opportunities at the next level), she has coached athletes from the middle school to professional levels.

Biance has also completed her second year of coaching at Division II’s Madonna University and is the head coach and director for Ultimate Hoops Basketball at Lifetime Fitness in Novi, Michigan. She is proud to balance her sports impact with working on the executive level for large Fortune 500 companies in leadership, finance and sales.

Currently as senior mortgage banker and team captain at Quicken loans, she helps about 30-32 families a month, by closing mortgages and generating about $4.5 million in sales every month. These among other opportunities have allowed Bianca’s impact to be felt as a leader, coach and mentor.

Bianca is the youngest of three girls and an aunt of five nephews. She challenges herself to become better every day, while pushing others becomes a lifestyle. She enjoys shopping, traveling, and reading books.
