WHY COACH TRAINING?

A lack of quality coaching consistency inevitably results in parents being dissatisfied with their experience, players not returning the following year, negative word-of-mouth, and ultimately a tarnished brand.

To make matters worse, parents are reluctant to be volunteer coaches because they don’t feel equipped, and long-time coaches are dropping out at alarming rates due to frustrations with challenging parents.

Our PGC Coach Development Program will equip and empower the countless number of coaches who would like to be a better coach but aren’t sure how.

The video series is comprised of three 20-minute videos that teach coaches how to:

1. Develop standards with their players
2. Establish a positive, uplifting culture
3. Create a safe learning environment

Unlike many coach development programs that are theoretical in nature, this video series gives coaches the specific things they need to do in their very first practice to create standards and develop culture.

Each video is conversational, down-to-earth, and provides practical examples of how to apply each principle.

Fee: $12 per coach (Reduced from $15 for beta program participants)
