We look forward to welcoming players, coaches, and staff to select locations this summer!

The health and safety of our entire PGC family remain at the forefront of all our planning efforts and we are implementing a number of new safety measures based on guidance from health authorities and requirements from the host facilities.

While detailed procedures are outlined at the bottom of this page for specific situations, please note these key principles:

  • Face masks will be required at check-in and check-out and at all times while walking on campus and in buildings. Participants are not required to wear face masks on court.
  • Participants will be placed in cohorts/teams which will stay together throughout the week, including classroom sessions, gym sessions, and meals.
  • Participants will be housed in single rooms without roommates.
  • Health screening will be conducted at check-in and continue throughout the camp with temperature checks each morning before the first classroom session.
  • Visitors will not be allowed during the week. Additionally, PGC will not host events on night three (“Parents Night) or day five (“Closing Ceremony”).
  • All participants and staff will practice social distancing when not on court or with cohorts.

While many summer camps had to be canceled, the live camps listed on our Dates & Locations page are still scheduled.

Before Arrival
  • All camp participants and staff are asked to self-isolate for 14 days prior to their session. Best practices for self-isolation include:
  • Avoid unnecessary travel.
  • Practice social distancing.
  • Avoid large crowds.
  • Monitor temperature and other health symptoms.
  • Practice clean hygiene by washing hands regularly.
  • All PGC staff will receive training on COVID safety protocols prior to the start of each camp.
Check-in and Check-out
  • Only 1 adult may accompany each participant during check-in and check-out.
  • All participants, parents, and staff must wear masks during check-in/check-out.
  • Check-in/out will be staggered to minimize the number of people in the check-in area at one time. Please remain in your vehicle until called for your check-in.
Health Screening
  • Health screenings at check-in will include taking each participant’s temperature and reviewing their health status.
  • Daily temperature checks will occur each morning prior to the first classroom session for all participants and staff.
  • All participants and staff will be monitored throughout the week for COVID-19 symptoms.
Protocol During Camp
  • Participants will be placed in cohorts/teams which will stay together throughout the week, including classroom sessions, gym sessions, and meals.
  • Participants and staff will be required to wear face masks at all times while walking on campus and in buildings. Participants are not required to wear face masks on court.
  • Participants will be housed in single rooms without roommates.
  • Participants and staff will practice clean hygiene by mandatory hand washing/sanitizing after gym sessions and before meals. Campus staff will wipe down facilities after each use.
  • All participants and staff will practice social distancing when not on court or with cohorts.
  • Visitors will not be allowed during the week. Additionally, PGC will not host events on night three (“Parents Night) or day five (“Closing Ceremony”).
  • Parents picking up commuters each night will be asked to wait outside and PGC staff will escort the participant to the pick-up area.
Returning Home
  • Participants and staff are encouraged to avoid close contact with those 65 and older for 14 days after camp concludes.
