Dillon was born in St. Petersburg, FL, growing up the middle of three brothers. He was raised in Northeast Tennessee where athletic competition quickly became a powerful influence in his childhood. He and his brothers were very involved in team sports including basketball, football, soccer, baseball and wrestling. In high school, Dillon was a 3 year varsity basketball starter, played football, competed in jumping events and ran track. He continued his track career in college. After college graduation, he immediately began his basketball coaching career and teaching math at his high school alma mater. Throughout his teaching and coaching tenure he has grown in his ability to lead young people toward greatness and communicate effectively.
He is currently a head varsity high school boys basketball coach, and running/coordinating basketball summer camps for elementary, middle, and high school athletes. His goal is to impact lives in an amazing and positive way, pushing young athletes and students to be the absolute best they can be.
