    PGC BASKETBALL DIRECTOR

Raised in sunny San Diego after being born in La Jolla, Juliana traded the ocean for the hardwood at a young age—and never looked back. What began as a childhood love quickly grew into a relentless passion that shaped every chapter of her life.

After earning a surprise spot on her high school varsity team—despite the coach insisting there were no open positions—Juliana went on to win a championship and secure a spot playing college basketball halfway across the country. There, she played a pivotal role in leading her team to its first-ever conference championship, helping turn a struggling program into a title-winning team.

Known by teammates and coaches as the “spark plug,” Juliana built a reputation as the player who brought contagious energy, unwavering grit, and team-first leadership. Whether stepping in as a point guard, fighting for rebounds in the post, or diving on the floor for a loose ball, she embraced every role with humility and hustle.

A proud alum of Point Guard College, Juliana still remembers keeping her PGC notebook in her college locker during the toughest moments of the season. “PGC gave me tools that shaped not just my game—but who I am.”

Today, Juliana brings that same fire and heart to every athlete she coaches. With a deep belief in basketball as a bridge to character, leadership, and lifelong growth, she views PGC as more than a camp—it’s a launching pad for young athletes to thrive both on and off the court.

If you’re looking for a coach who will inspire your child to grow as a player and a person, there’s no better leader to learn from this summer than Juliana.

“You have to believe in yourself when no one else does — that makes you a winner right there.”
    – Venus Williams
