    BASKETBALL TIP
    Get to practice early.

    It gives you time to:

    • fully prepare your body.
    • lock in your mindset.
    • get extra shots up.

The margin between good & great is slimmer than you think.

    LEADERSHIP LESSON
People think focus means saying yes to the things you’ve got to focus on. But that’s not what it means at all. It means saying no to the hundred other good ideas that you have. You have to pick carefully. I’m actually as proud of the things we haven’t done as the things I have done.

    – Steve Jobs

    LIFE PRINCIPLE
The world is filled with complainers who have lots of excuses. There are always dozens of “legitimate” reasons why you didn’t do this or do that, why you would’ve, could’ve, should’ve. But when all is said and done, the excuses are not worth the paper they’re printed on.

Instead, focus on the results. And what you actually did.

    That’s what matters.

    – Dick DeVenzio, PGC Founder
