    BASKETBALL TIP
When you throw a long pass, lead your teammate and lay it out there so it stays, rather than skims out of bounds.

A ball thrown to “stay” out ahead can be taken on the dead run, on the fly, low on the first bounce, or high on a bounce. If you throw a skimmer, it must be perfectly thrown or it will result in a turnover.

So put some arch on a long pass, don’t throw the ball like a line drive.

    LEADERSHIP LESSON
“Our work, our relationships, and our lives succeed or fail one conversation at a time. While no single conversation is guaranteed to transform a company, a relationship, or a life, any single conversation can. Speak and listen as if this is the most important conversation you will ever have with this person. It could be. Participate as if it matters. It does.”

    – Susan Scott

    LIFE PRINCIPLE
“Life reaches for life. Always. That means that when we feel the most stuck, whether physically, emotionally, situationally, or any other way, we need only to look for where things are still moving.”

    – Gladys McGarey
