    BASKETBALL TIP
Many basketball players recognize the situation they are facing, but a good player knows the next man; that is, they know not only what the situation is but what it is about to become as a result of the next man. A good player learns to anticipate the next man all the time. You should always assume the arrival of a next man and know whether it is going to be your teammate or opponent.

    LEADERSHIP LESSON
“Exercising leadership is a way of giving meaning to your life by contributing to the lives of others. At its best, leadership is a labor of love. Opportunities for these labors cross your path every day, though we appreciate through the scar tissue of our own experiences that seizing these opportunities takes heart.”

    – Ronald A. Heifetz

    LIFE PRINCIPLE
“Procrastination is simply a way of deceiving yourself into believing your actions will be easier in the future.”

    – Vic Johnson

Nostril time – any time you have the ball near the basket, take the ball straight up into the nostrils of the player guarding you (even if they are a lot taller than you).
