Today’s Monday Mindset: How to Change How You Feel
I got a simple remedy for you if you feel frustrated, depressed, anxious, worried, stressed out or angry, and it’s simply this:
Focus on others.
All of those emotions come from focusing on ourselves, focusing on what’s not happening, what we’re not getting, what we are experiencing, what we want to be experiencing.
And all of those can change.
All of those emotions can shift.
If you take the focus off yourself and put it on others, or even put it on God through your faith, and think, “I can’t, but He can.”
“I’m feeling helpless, but there is hope…”
Or I focus on how can I help someone else?
My challenge is get your focus off yourself, because when you do that, it will shift how you feel, which will shift what you do, which will shift the results you get.
So put that into practice. That’s my challenge and that’s your Monday Mindset.

PGC Basketball provides intense, no-nonsense basketball training for players and coaches. Our basketball camps are designed to teach players of all positions to play smart basketball, be coaches on the court, and be leaders in practices, games and in everyday life.
