Do It Anyway

Today’s Monday Mindset: Do It Anyway
If you want to accomplish big things, you’ve got to be willing to do the hard things, even when it’s difficult, even when you don’t feel like it.
In other words, you’ve got to do it anyway.
This thought was inspired by PGC grad Kelsey Poulter, who’s now a top sports nutrition coach, and she said that a superpower of every highly accomplished person is their ability to do the hard things regardless of how they’re feeling.
In other words, they’ve chosen to do it anyway.
The next time you don’t feel like doing anything or doing something, just remind yourself, I’m going to do it anyways.
If you can put that into practice, you’re going to be able to accomplish big things.
Do it anyway.
That’s my challenge and that’s your Monday Mindset.
