Get Bigger

Today’s Monday Mindset: Get Bigger
We all have stuff. You’ve got stuff, I’ve got stuff,
Things that would prefer not to deal with and there’s no escaping “stuff” in life.
My question is…
how do you do handling your stuff?
It’s really easy to get discouraged, frustrated, even angry with your stuff. But the fact of the matter is your stuff isn’t going anywhere because life has stuff and the challenge is, can you get bigger? Can you rise above your stuff?
Instead of getting discouraged or depressed with your stuff, can you realize it’s part of life and part of life is learning how to handle your stuff. And to get bigger means to rise above.
It means to not focus on your stuff, but to put it in perspective, to see the bigger picture and to realize that there’s things for you to learn and grow in.
If you can do that, you’ll get over your stuff and you’ll be able to handle hard better.
You’ll be able to handle more stuff better. So put that into practice, get bigger.
That’s my challenge, and that’s your Monday Mindset.
