  • Today’s Monday Mindset: Show True Strength

Do you try and prevent others from seeing your weaknesses?

When you do, it doesn’t make you look strong. It actually makes you look weak.

Do you know what looks strong?

When you’re able to admit your weaknesses, what you’re struggling with, and your own faults.

So do these three things and it’ll make you look strong when you’re being vulnerable.

    1. Admit when you’re wrong. Be willing to say, I’m sorry I screwed up. I own that.

    2. Admit when you’re struggling.

    3. Let someone else know when you’re hurting or when they’ve hurt you in some way.

When you do those three things, it shows you’re comfortable in your own skin, you’re strong enough in who you are, that you’re willing to be vulnerable with someone else.

    So be vulnerable.

That’s my challenge and that’s your Monday Mindset.
