Stop It!

Today’s Monday Mindset: Stop It!
While this doesn’t happen often…
Earlier this week, I got a little discouraged and then started feeling sorry for myself.
Instead of breaking my pattern and snapping out of it, I started to complain and grumble, and that only makes you feel worse about a given situation.
I finally said, “Stop it”, because I have committed to living in a beautiful state, and I reminded myself of what I’m grateful for and what I have, and it helped me put everything in perspective.
My challenge to you is if you get a little discouraged or a little down, sometimes you just have to break your pattern and say, “Stop it”, and remind yourself of everything you have, everything that you’re grateful for.
It’ll put it in perspective, so stop it. Put that into practice. That’s your Monday Mindset.
