    BASKETBALL TIP
There are all sorts of things that come up during a basketball game, and the more of them you can anticipate, the better player you’ll become.

Can you anticipate what’s likely to happen next?

No one can anticipate every move in advance, but good players are constantly asking themselves…

“Now what’s going to happen? Now what’re they going to do?”

    LEADERSHIP LESSON
“In toxic cultures, you have to burn out to earn a break. Time off is how you recover.

In decent cultures, you take a break when you’re low on gas. Time off is how you refuel.

In healthy cultures, you’re expected to take regular breaks. Time off is encouraged to sustain energy.”

    – Adam Grant

    LIFE PRINCIPLE
“Instead of souring on life, flip your script. Tell yourself you intend to do good and to serve. That you intend to create a thriving business and have money in the bank. You intend to treat the people around you with care and are worthy of a loving and caring relationship. Apply good intentions to all parts of your life, and then watch what happens.”

    – Ed Mylett
