Are you in the habit of eating late night snacks?
Break the pattern today with this 14-day challenge.
Eliminate all after-dinner snacking for the next 14 days.
That’s all sweet and salty and fried foods that you know aren’t good for your body anyway, but they’re disruptive to your sleep, particularly when they’re late night snacks. They lead to greater obesity and weight gain.
So starting today, we’ll eliminate those together for the next 14 days.
Invite a teammate, family member, or a friend to join you in this challenge to help hold you accountable and to make it easier if there’s no snacks in front of you.
Let’s do it together. Starting today. You’ve got this.

PGC Basketball provides intense, no-nonsense basketball training for players and coaches. Our basketball camps are designed to teach players of all positions to play smart basketball, be coaches on the court, and be leaders in practices, games and in everyday life.
We combine our unique PGC culture with a variety of teaching methods and learning environments to maximize the learning potential of those that attend our sessions. In addition to spending 6-7 hours on the court each day, lessons will be reinforced through classroom sessions and video analysis.
