  • Today’s Monday Mindset:Brush with Your Left

Presented by: Mano Watsa, President of PGC Basketball Camps

Want a simple way to stimulate your brain, brush your teeth with your left hand each day.

    Why?

It’ll stimulate your neurons and cause them to fire in different ways that can improve your creativity and strengthen your brain functioning.

Brushing your teeth with your left hand will be difficult.

It won’t feel comfortable at all, and that’s why you should do it because it’s uncomfortable.

It’ll challenge your brain and your eye-hand coordination – and you’ll want to make sure you’re brushing with your dominate hand at least once a day because you won’t clean your teeth very well at first. But then you’ll get more and more comfortable with it over time.

It’s simple to do and it’s great for your brain health.

So brush with your left today and every day.

That’s my challenge and that’s your Monday Mindset.
