Today’s Monday Mindset: Give Confidence to Others

My son, Isaac is injured today, so he’s not going to be playing.

But I reminded him that even when he can’t play, he can still give confidence to others.

My challenge to you is it doesn’t have to be on the court. It could be in anything. In school, in work.

Someone may need a pickup, or a boost of confidence in your belief in them.

Look for opportunities to raise the performance of somebody else by letting them know you believe in them.

Give them an extra ounce of confidence through your encouragement.

That’s the challenge I gave Isaac today, my challenge for you this week as well.

Give confidence to others. That’s your Monday Mindset.
