Today’s Monday Mindset: How To Start Your Year
Hey, PGC Family Mano here.
First of all, Happy New Year from my home to yours.
I’m sitting where I come every morning to journal and write, to read, to think, and I end the year and begin the new year with the same process every single year.
I encourage you to do the same.
The first thing that I do is I look back on the year that was. I write down highlights, people I met with, places that I went to, experiences that I had, and I have a whole number of categories, including books that I read, favorite movies that I watched, and I take the time to reflect back.
It fills me with gratitude and the life that I got to experience, and then I take the time to look ahead.
Not New Year’s resolutions. We know those get dropped within the first 31 days of the new year, but instead, who am I committed to being?
What areas do I want to grow in?
What are my intentions?
What is my North Star for the year?
I encourage you to take the time to reflect back on the previous year, to think about who you want to be and what experiences you want to have in the coming year. It’ll set you up for success.
Speaking of setting you up for success, I can’t wait to open our summer camp registration at the end of January.
If you’re not on the priority list, it’s the only way to be the first to know when our schedule is announced and when registration opens. Be sure to join our priority list today.
Can’t wait to have you with us this summer. It’s going to be our best and biggest year of impact ever.
I look forward to having you with us.
