  • Today’s Monday Mindset: Late Night Snacks (Challenge)

Are you in the habit of eating late night snacks?

Break the pattern today with this 14-day challenge.

Eliminate all after-dinner snacking for the next 14 days.

That’s all sweet and salty and fried foods that you know aren’t good for your body anyway, but they’re disruptive to your sleep, particularly when they’re late night snacks. They lead to greater obesity and weight gain.

So starting today, we’ll eliminate those together for the next 14 days.

Invite a teammate, family member, or a friend to join you in this challenge to help hold you accountable and to make it easier if there’s no snacks in front of you.

Let’s do it together. Starting today. You’ve got this.

Let’s eliminate all after dinner snacks.

That’s my challenge and that’s your Monday Mindset.
