Today’s Monday Mindset: Stack Days
In almost any realm, most people fall off the wagon when they miss a day.
Don’t strive for perfection, strive for consistency… and the way you do that is you stack your days
Whether it’s working out or going to sleep and getting up early, eating healthy, or working on a project.
What you need to strive for is getting consecutive days. That’s how you make significant progress over time.
Don’t worry about missing a day… If you miss a day, just use that as a new opportunity to start a new streak. When you do that over an extended period of time, you’ll make immense progress.
So stack your days, put that into practice.
That’s my challenge and that’s your Monday Mindset.
