  • If you want to make shots under pressure, you need to do the Bradley Beal Test.

    The Goal:

    2 minutes to get as many points as possible

    The Rules:
    • Start in the corner and shoot until you make two in a row. No points can be counted until you hit two in a row.
    • Move across the arc shooting at the corners, wing, and the top
    • No points may be counted from any spot until you make two in a row
    • After two in a row at all five spots, you can continue to shoot outside the three until the time runs out. Each make is 1 point.
    The Challenge:

    Run the Beal Test multiple times a week and beat your score each day.
