    BASKETBALL TIP
One of the chief assets of a good player is the ability to play the game constantly available to the ball. Unfortunately, many players stand 40 feet from the ball and just watch the action.

    Never do this.

Don’t wait for the ball to come to you — be in a position where the ball can be thrown to you easily.

Be available for your teammates and you will be rewarded.

    LEADERSHIP LESSON
“Until you become completely obsessed with your mission, no one will take you seriously. Until the world understands that you’re not going away — that you are 100 percent committed and have complete and utter conviction and will persist in pursuing your project — you will not get the attention you need and the support you want.”

    – Grant Cardone

    LIFE PRINCIPLE
“Fear is excitement without the breath.”

Here’s what this intriguing statement means: the very same mechanisms that produce excitement also produce fear, and any fear can be transformed into excitement by breathing fully with it.”

    – Gay Hendricks

Nostril time – any time you have the ball near the basket, take the ball straight up into the nostrils of the player guarding you (even if they are a lot taller than you).
