  • Today’s Monday Mindset: The #1 Key to a Long & Healthy Life

An 80 year study coming out of Harvard University has revealed the number one key to long life, health and happiness, and its simply close relationships with others.

I’m here at Killarney Provincial Park with a number of friends, and we’ve just had an incredible time and I’ve been reminded of the value of friendship.

And so my challenge and question to you is what are you doing to build close relationships with those who are most important to you?

And it may even take just identifying who are those that build me up that I want to spend more time with in and invest in.

You don’t have to get away somewhere special to have to forge deep, meaningful relationships, although that can help.

Do what you need to do to spend more time with those who matter the most to you, because we’re all better together.

And that’s my challenge and that’s your Monday Mindset.
