  • Today’s Monday Mindset: Fail More

At a recent staff retreat, I got asked this question..

“Mano, what’s helped you to become successful?”

And in thinking about it, I realized failure has helped me.

In high school, I got cut from multiple teams; in college I tried out for the Canadian national team five straight years and got cut five straight times.

I got really comfortable with failure and failing forward.

So my challenge to you is no matter what you want to achieve, you have to get comfortable failing…

…but not seeing it as a failure.

Seeing it as an opportunity to learn, grow, and get better.

And that’s what I’ve attempted to put into place in everything I’ve pursued in life.

It’ll help you as well. That’s my challenge for you and that’s your Monday Mindset.
