  • “USE YOUR LEGS!” Whether it’s at the lowest levels or at the highest levels of play, this is a cliche that isn’t necessarily accurate. All great shooters use their legs when they shoot. It’s a question of sequence whether a player jumps very high or if a player barely jumps at all.

Sequence: a matter of when the power transfers from their lower body through their upper body into the basketball.

Join PGC Director, Tyler Coston as he shares a technique that will get you more power and shoot with more accuracy further away from the rim.

Remember, no excuses! Go out, touch the basketball, get better and keep thinking the game!

Check out our NEW Online Shooting College. Develop a shooter’s mindset, make your stroke effortless, and build a training plan that will make you the player every team fears. Get access now!
