  • “USE YOUR LEGS!” Whether it’s at the lowest levels or at the highest levels of play, this is a cliche that isn’t necessarily accurate. All great shooters use their legs when they shoot. It’s a question of sequence whether a player jumps very high or if a player barely jumps at all.

    Sequence: a matter of when the power transfers from their lower body through their upper body into the basketball.

    PGC Basketball provides intense, no-nonsense basketball training for players and coaches. Our basketball camps are designed to teach players of all positions to play smart basketball, be coaches on the court, and be leaders in practices, games and in everyday life.

    We combine our unique PGC culture with a variety of teaching methods and learning environments to maximize the learning potential of those that attend our sessions.
