  • Today’s Monday Mindset: Do Hard Things

Just got done running the Spartan race here at Blue Mountain in Cullingwood, Ontario with thousands of others.

I’ve chosen to do hard things because it’s so easy, especially in our world, to choose comfort.

I’ve just finished a book called Comfort Crisis, and it just reminded me how here in North America we have houses that have the perfect temperature. We have showers with the perfect temperature, and we don’t have many hard things.

So you have to challenge yourself to do hard things, and that’s what I just did here.

I try and do that every day.

I’m challenging myself in a different way to do hard things.

My challenge to you is what are you going to do sometime this week or this month, or this year ahead that’s just hard?

You become stronger when you do hard things, so do hard things.

That’s my challenge and that’s your Monday Mindset.
