Today’s Monday Mindset: Don’t Sabotage Your Success
Do you sabotage your own success?
This is a little bit of a confession.
When I was growing up, I spent thousands of hours shooting the basketball in order to become a great shooter. The only problem was I was telling myself the entire time that I wasn’t a great shooter.
Nothing could be worse than telling yourself a bad story about yourself.
What stories do you tell yourself about yourself? Do you need to tell yourself a better story?
I love at our PGC Shooting College camps, we help players gain confidence by learning to tell themselves a better story…to help them in addition to the work that they’re putting in to become a better shooter.
We all need to tell ourselves better stories about ourselves, start telling yourself a better story today.
That’s my challenge and that’s your Monday Mindset.
