Drop Your Judgements

Today’s Monday Mindset: Drop Your Judgements
One of my biggest areas of growth and something I’m continuing to work on is dropping judgments.
It’s so easy to judge others, and I’ve chosen to take on the perspective that everyone is doing the best they can with what they know, and that we’re all a work in progress.
In fact, one of my commitments, part of my commitment statement that I have for myself, is that I’m a joyful work in progress, and that’s helping me not to judge myself.
I don’t know why it’s so easy for me to be my own worst critic instead of my own number one fan.
If you want to be the type of person that others always enjoy being around, drop your judgments of them and yourself.
Do that, and you’ll be more enjoyable to be around and more enjoyable to live with yourself.
Drop your judgments. That’s my challenge, and that’s your Monday Mindset.
