  • Today’s Monday Mindset: Get Out…

I just got done with a leadership conference for the past few days here in London, England, and it was absolutely spectacular.

I can’t help but think of how valuable it is to get out of your regular routine.

It doesn’t have to be traveling internationally to go to something, but just the value of getting out and taking stock of your life, who you are, what you’re doing, who you want to become, the impact that you want to have.

And when you get out of your regular routine, you can reflect, you can think, you can learn, you can grow, you can be challenged.

I experienced all of those things here and it just reminded myself of the need to do this more often. It had been too long.

So my challenge to you is what are you going to do this year to get out from your regular routine so that you can grow, learn, and be challenged yourself.

Look for an opportunity and then go for it. That’s my challenge. That’s your Monday Mindset.
