  • Today’s Monday Mindset: Get Up Again

I recently blew something kind of significant, and I was feeling badly about it.

I was feeling badly about myself, but I realized I needed to just get up again.

Anytime you fall, anytime you slip up, you’ve got to develop the ability to just be resilient and say, “Okay, what’s next?”

    Learn what you can learn.

Own what you can own, and move on.

So many of us get caught in this trap of just spiraling downward and just feeling badly about ourselves, getting sad or giving up altogether.

    Don’t do that.

    Be better than that.

    Get up again.

There’s always another opportunity. There’s always a new day. The sun rises every morning.

So my challenge is to put into practice what I have to remind myself to put into practice, which is to get up again.

There’s always a new opportunity for a new beginning.

    That’s my challenge.

Get up again in whatever way you need to. That’s your Monday Mindset.
