  • Today’s Monday Mindset: Love What Is

Anytime something challenging or hard has come up. Love what is.

Love what is, love this, whatever I’m going through right now, this challenging situation, this difficulty with a family member, friend or teammate, whatever it is to just identify what is it that I love about this? And maybe it’s difficult to find something that you can be grateful for in that situation.

Love what is. What can I love about this? Well, I’m breathing. I can choose what I’m listening to. Maybe I’m with somebody and we can talk and make most of the time.

Whatever it is, even if it’s … I can love what is, what I’m loving is that I’m being stretched through this.

Something’s triggering me and gotten me frustrated. Okay, that means there’s something for me to learn and grow in this.

And I can love the growth that I’m going to get from this. You can love what is in any situation, so just do it. Let that be your mantra too. Put that into practice.

That’s my challenge, and that’s your Monday Mindset.
