(Video) Mental Toughness: Habit of Excellence
What is Mental Toughness?
- Is it diving after loose basketballs?
- Playing through injury?
- Not yelling when you get fouled?
It is a part of mental toughness but there is so much more. Mental toughness is what you choose to put your focus on.
You can let your feelings dictate your actions which in turn will dictate your identity. Or you can choose for your identity to impact your actions.
What is your identity?
If your identity is to be the best shooter on the floor, does that identity impact your actions?
Do you get up in the morning, even if you don’t feel like it, and get a shooting workout in?
Remember:
THINK THE GAME
