  • Today’s Monday Mindset: Phone Down (Challenge)

This one habit might be hurting you and your relationships far more than you realize.

It’s the habit of being on your phone while you’re eating.

Here’s the 14-day challenge that you can start today with me being off your phone while you’re eating every meal of the day.

    Why?

Because it’ll allow you to be present in your relationships with others, whoever you’re eating with.

And if you’re eating any meals alone and think scrolling your phone is okay, just know you’re not being present with your food.

Practicing this habit will allow you to enjoy your food more and practice mindfulness.

    It’s a self-discipline and worth doing.

So join me in this challenge. Let’s do it today.

That’s your challenge and that’s your Monday Mindset.
