Two Youth Basketball Organizations From The Jr. NBA’s Flagship Network Partner Up to
‘Teach The Game The Way It’s Meant To Be Played’
For the first time in history, two best-in class youth basketball organizations and members of the Jr. NBA Flagship Network – PGC Basketball and Pro Skills Basketball – have entered into an official partnership.
Through the partnership, this coming summer over 25,000 players and thousands of coaches from all across North America will learn how the game should be taught and played at every level.
“We’re excited to partner with Pro Skills Basketball in our shared mission to help dedicated players maximize their potential and have fulfilling experiences in the game. What distinguishes Pro Skills is they do things the right way, and they have an unwavering commitment to excellence with all of their teams and programs nationwide” says, PGC President and Owner, Mano Watsa.
Co-founder of Pro Skills Basketball, Brendan Winters, also weighed in to share his thoughts on the new partnership…
“Pro Skills Basketball is ecstatic about our partnership with PGC! To have two leading brands within the world of youth basketball join forces will allow both organizations to have an amazing impact on our industry and the parents and players that we serve. We have long admired PGC and couldn’t be happier to call them a partner.”
Founded in 2009 by two former Davidson Wildcat and overseas pro players, Pro Skills Basketball (PSB) began as a summer camp in Charlotte, NC. What started small has grown to over 200 Club Teams and 50 Camps, Clinics, and Academies throughout the US annually.
In 2017, PSB was recognized by the Jr. NBA as one of the top 18 youth basketball organizations in the US and invited to join their “Flagship Network”.
In 2020, PSB co-founded Team Curry in partnership with NBA superstar, Stephen Curry.
And in 2023, PSB had over 200 Club Teams in 17 US cities.
To date, over 270 PSB alumni have gone on to play in college and beyond.
