Thank Your Mom

Today’s Monday Mindset: Thank Your Mom
I’ve got a really simple challenge for you today coming out of the American Thanksgiving weekend.
Who is the one person in your life who has always had your back? Who’s been your biggest supporter, your number one fan, your encourager?
For many of us, it’s our mom. For some of you, it could be your dad, could be a grandparent, could be an aunt or uncle, or even somebody outside of your family.
But don’t just think of who that person is, but then take one action, and that is to let them know it, to say, “Mom, I’m so grateful for who you are.”
And then if you’re able to say that in person, give them a big hug at the end. No one I think in the history of the world has ever been appreciated or encouraged too much.
We all benefit and value appreciation, and no one hears those words enough.
So take the time to thank whoever it is in your life who has had your back and supported you the most.
Do that today. Thank your mom.
That’s my challenge. And that’s your Monday Mindset.
